I took a quite a few video clips on my runs while in Canada.
One path took me alongside a rail track. What fun - to run alongside the train : )

I'm going to try and start my runs earlier in the day as it is finally warming up. I sure don’t like running in the heat of the day!

I’m temporarily trying out Vimeo for posting my Runscapes videos. The seem to have more options then YouTube - but they do take longer to process.

Some days I wish I could just keep running – far away into the mountains. The North Rim of the Grand Canyon – now that would be an awesome run.

This is just a glimpse of the Ruth Bascom riverbank trail system.
Now that I've started my longer runs I will be spending a lot more time out here.
I love running near a river.
