Put Some Fun in Your Run


The ABCs and running series: Today's topic: Fun

:: Put some fun back in your run ::

Do your post stretch in a park. [The front lawn]
Wave at strangers. [I always wave at the police]
Run real s-l-o-w.
Skip.
Take your favorite route in the opposite direction.
Race a car.
Wear funky socks or t-shirts. [My Halloween socks]
Run in a new place
Take pictures along the way.
Read about other runners.
Compose a haiku on the fly.
Volunteer at a race - bring good cheer.
Get a runner's tattoo on your leg. [I want to see it!]
Blog your run.
Just run - no record of time or distance.
Wear a breathright strip on your nose.
Try some cartwheels.
