The race director of the Eugene Marathon is checking in with the USATF to see if the new ruling will be enforced at the upcoming Eugene Marathon.
Quoted - "I am thinking that our responsibility will be to discourage and not be the headphone police."
Noted - The registration pamphlet did not include headphone prohibition.
