Fast and Easy Sandwich

I ran a fast and easy sandwich this morning; and just ate it up!
Check out the 5 Speedwork Drills over at hellasound as I guide.

I ran:

  • 10 minute warm-up
  • ½ mile easy then ½ mile hard
  • 1 mile easy then 1 mile hard
  • ½ mile easy then ½ mile hard
  • 15 minute cool-down
Notice how I didn’t call it a Hard and Easy Sandwich. I prefer to use the term fast – when I’m running hard – I visualize running fast!
