That is so true! A big part of why I run is to be able to be outside, especially alone. Deeply breathing in the (mostly?) fresh air, seeing all the colors, different scenery -- it is the best.

Right with you on this one! When I don't get outside a little each day I act like a caged animal.

I absolutely agree! There's something so freeing about running outdoors.

I also agree, that is a big part of why I run. I can't stand running on a treadmill primarily for that reason. I love being outside, running.
