What worked:Galloway’s Half Marathon training schedule, starting races with a slow first mile, my new runners, running with a cell phone, Twitter, watching the Olympics, no coffee before my run.
What didn’t:
Birthdays, running 2 miles before doing track work, racing in the heat (never again), watching horse races, soya cheese.
